Role: UX Design Lead (2021-2024)

Hands on designing and leading digital experience development for 5M+ users in a Scaled Agile development environment. Heading up digital design strategy, design system, and design process efforts.

I built, motivated and coached a globally distributed inhouse team of 6 UX/UI designers and up to 4 consultant designers and set the strategy and vision for the Digital UX team. The latest hero product I worked on at Jabra (Jan. 2024) has already won several awards and significantly improved customer satisfaction.

My experience at Jabra honed my skills in building and leading teams and in managing large-scale digital projects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation, and data driven user-centric design.
